Ductless AC & Mini-Splits in Springdale, AR
Cool the room your central system never reached: the addition, the bonus room over the garage, the workshop that turned into an office.
Chapter 01
The rooms the ductwork never reached
Every Northwest Arkansas house has one. The addition a previous owner built without extending the ducts, the bonus room that bakes by mid-afternoon, the garage that became a home office. The main air conditioner was sized for the house as it was drawn, so asking it to stretch into a room it was never designed for just leaves that room warm and the rest of the house overcooled.
A ductless mini-split fixes that without touching the ductwork at all. A small indoor head cools the room it sits in, connected to an outdoor unit by a slim line set. Because it works on its own, you can run one room at the temperature you want without making the thermostat in the hallway fight it.
That is also why it suits small commercial spaces, a back office or a break room that never matched the front of the building.

How the install actually runs
The job starts with the room, not the unit. We look at how much glass it has, which way it faces, what sits above it and how many people use it, because those answers decide the size of the indoor head. A head that is too big cools fast and shuts off before it pulls the humidity out. One that is too small runs all afternoon and still loses.
Placement is the next call. The head wants clear airflow across the room and a short, tidy path to the outside wall. The line set, the refrigerant and condensate lines and the wiring, runs through a small hole in the wall and is boxed in a white cover outside, so the house looks finished rather than patched. The outdoor unit goes on a level pad with room to breathe.
Most installs wrap up inside a day. You get a free estimate on a new system, and the price is a flat number agreed up front. We bill by the job, not by the hour. Call (479) 579-8860 from Springdale to Bentonville and we will walk the room with you.
Chapter 03
Keeping it quiet and cold between visits
A mini-split asks very little of you. The washable filter behind the front panel is the one habit worth keeping: rinse it every month or two in summer, and the head keeps moving air the way it did on day one. Dust on that filter is behind most of the weak airflow and musty smells we get called out for.
If a head starts dripping, blowing warm, or throwing an error code, we repair and maintain ductless systems for residential and commercial customers across Benton and Washington counties, and the line is open 24 hours a day. A drain line that has clogged or a coil that needs cleaning is a short visit when it is caught early.
