The crest file

Real installs, filed from the heat side to the cold side.

Every photo here is a Victory job from their own Google listing: furnaces and air handlers ruled red, condensers, mini-splits and duct runs ruled blue. No stock, no borrowed trucks.

The line in the middle

Billed for the job, not the clock.

“Because we bill for the job instead of the time, you keep more money in your pocket and available time on your calendar.” That is Victory’s own line, and it is how every call runs: the system is diagnosed, the options are explained, and the price is fixed before any work starts.

  • Flat price agreed up front, no hidden charges
  • Free estimate on new systems, ducts and air quality
  • Technicians drug tested and background checked
  • If you are not happy, they make it right
New insulated flex duct between attic rafters, the kind of duct redesign that evens out hot rooms

Named job · duct redesign

The back bedrooms ran three to four degrees hot. Now they match the thermostat.

When Ryan came out I asked if he could actually create a new energy and duct design instead of just replacing the unit itself. He was going to do it anyways but I'm glad I asked.

“These rooms used to be 3 to 4 degrees hotter, probably from the layout of my home with long duct runs and an overworked system and now they are basically inline with my thermostat.”

How duct redesign works

Before you call

Questions Springdale homeowners ask first.

Yes. Every technician on the team is licensed, trained and insured, and the company holds Arkansas HVACR license #0004524. Each member of the team is also drug tested and background checked.

By the job, not by the hour. You get a flat price up front before any work starts, with no hidden charges and no surprises on the invoice. New system installs, duct replacements and indoor air quality products come with a free estimate.

Response time depends on where you are and when you call, but the line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and heating or cooling that has stopped working is treated as urgent.

Most installations are finished within one day. The exact time depends on the size of the system and how involved the install is.

Short cycling usually comes from a clogged filter, a thermostat problem, or a system that was never sized properly for the house. An inspection finds which one it is.

If the unit is more than ten to fifteen years old, needs frequent repairs, or can no longer keep the house comfortable, replacement is worth pricing. If a repair will genuinely save it, you will be told that instead.

Don’t let your HVAC experience be a defeat. Make it a Victory.
